At Florapressed, all of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly by email after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns once a file has been opened or downloaded.
That said, we proudly offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on any order that has not yet been accessed.

If you haven't opened or downloaded your digital files, you're eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase — no questions asked.
We use EDP (Easy Digital Products) to verify download status.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items
We cannot issue refunds for:
Files that have already been downloaded
Customized or personalized digital conten
Gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on digital items. However, if you purchased the wrong product and haven’t downloaded it, we’ll happily help you switch to the correct one.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your digital order within 14 days, provided the file has not been accessed or downloaded. Accessing the file waives this right under EU law.
💳 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
